Richard Parrish is an author, speaker, spiritual director, and mentor who loves helping pastors, leaders, and learners discover hope through spiritual growth and soul care.   

Richard is an ordained minister and the director of Richard Parrish Ministries, an outreach of MSW Ministries. Richard is a compassionate storyteller and teacher.

The Gift of Conflict book and curriculum are in the process of being published, and are designed to help anyone, at any stage and station of life, understand not only how to work through conflict, but also see how it is God's gift to help us grow.

What are "leaders and learners"?

A leader is one who influences others. Leaders often find that serving others can leave them depleted and soul-weary, with little to offer those they lead. Refreshment is key.

A learner is one who desires to grow. All who follow Christ are to “...grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18), a lifelong process.
